Thank you!

Lovely weather and great attendance at the Esquimalt Urban Arts Tour again this year. Huge thank you to my host, Sandi, and all of those who stopped by for a chat and a look. Great feedback on my art which is always appreciated.

I sold these two pieces…

The first one is off to Alberta. Inspired from a trip to Tonquin Beach in Tofino. Titled Trading Places as this place is historically known for where merchant ships would exchange goods.

Trading Places 14in x 18in

Next one was just completed in the week leading up to the Esquimalt UAT (sold before I updated my available paintings!)

Lunch at Wood Lake 16 x 12

I will be delivering it to the Victoria buyer this week. Several art cards also sold as well, so great day for sure! Thank you!

As well as the above piece, I completed this one last week. Inspired from our trip to Salt Spring Island, it’s titled Three Fleets No Wind and is now listed with my available work.

Three Fleets No Wind 24 x 18

I’m settling back into my studio. Having pieces set aside and out of the way for the UAT was a great opportunity to tidy my space. It feels so much better, more organized less clutter, frees my mind to create!

August already! Stay tuned for some exciting news coming up this month!

til next time,

Jenny

Described as one who sees the art in nature, it is here where my endless inspiration comes from. Loving the challenge of capturing the feeling of where I stand, I enjoy recreating that feeling on canvas.
