2025 FCA Bloom Exhibition
Show opens at Federation Gallery on Granville Island in Vancouver on March 4th. I have 3 pieces accepted for the online show. Stay tuned for link when show starts. (if you see something on my website that interests you please do message me for information)

I continue to enjoy challenging myself to capture the feeling of where I stood when I took my reference photo. With each piece I feel like I learn something. That’s what keeps me coming back. Entering juried shows is so very useful to me. Having a piece accepted for a show is validation perhaps I’m on the right path which when working alone in my studio comes as great comfort.
As I mentioned, I’m always learning. That said, I’m really looking forward to a couple of Spring workshops I’m registered for. I’ll keep you posted on those.
Our winter weather really hit hard here early this month and temperatures are still hovering well below freezing overnight so the white stuff on the ground is slow to disappear. On the bright side, we have been enjoying beautiful sunshine, just a little chilly. Hoping you are staying warm where you are, longer days ahead and maybe daffodils too! We can hope.
Til next time,
Jenny
